This page explains the functionality of the Call Logs page

Under the Call Logs page, you can view all calls that were made using the app. For each call, the following information is displayed:

  1. Recipient's phone number

  2. Recipient's contact name (if the call is made using the Contact Picker feature)

    1. Note: the contact name displayed is accurate as of time of call. Any changes made to your phone contacts (e.g, name/number) after the call is made does not update the call log

  3. Call status: see below for more details

  4. Call duration (if the call was successfully connected)

  5. Date and time of the call

Call Statuses

The table below shows all possible call statuses and what they mean:

Status
Meaning
Possible Reasons (non-exhaustive)

Outgoing Call: Xs

Call successfully connected and lasted more than 5 seconds (i.e., for X seconds)

N/A

Missed Call

The call did not connect to the recipient

  • Recipient's line is engaged

  • Recipient rejected the call

  • Call ringing timed out

  • Caller ended the call before recipient picked up

Failed to establish call

The call could not be initiated or routed by the system

  • Call failed to initialise with our call aggregator

  • Call aggregator's carrier could not connect the call

  • Call was made to disallowed international number*
